Sorry, the source code isn't anywhere public at the moment. I'll put it on GitHub if I think about it.
I don't know how I triggered this bug. When I push the block cross the factory from right to left, I pushed the original arrow box forward and leaved the new arrow block behind.
Anyway, thank you for your great puzzle.

Took a while to track it down, but it's fixed now. Thanks again. :-)
